The disputed, American and Israeli-supported Gaza relief foundation says it is terminating its aid operations in the Palestinian territory, following nearly half a year.

The foundation had earlier paused its multiple aid distribution centers in Gaza following the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel was implemented in recent weeks.

The GHF aimed to avoid UN systems as the main supplier of relief to Palestinian residents.
